Level system now active and working please report and bugs.

Talent point system now added you can now update your stats as you level up

I have added so you have to create a bank account before using commands so please read the setup process

i have added the TopGG DBL API to the Bot so i can monitor all Votes within the bot and i will be working on a code for getting rewarded for voting

Slots have now been edited so x10 is now a 10% chance to win
 

BUG: You can bet with letters this makes my balance invalid and i have to contact and admin to get my account reset...
FIX: this bug is no-longer i have fixed it so you can only bet with numbers not letters and symbols you wont need to contact us about this anymore

BUG: Ban command does not ban the user from the server this needs to be fixed asap
FIX: Theses commands will be getting removed after the big update and a new bot is going to be created and listed for moderation i apologize for any inconvenience this may cause
